Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026. These terms apply to Zen Stitch: Tapestry Solitaire (the “game”) on every platform, provided by XLR8 Technologies (“we”). By playing, you agree to them.
Playing the game
The game is free to download and play. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the game, or interfere with our servers.
Purchases
- Cozy Vault ($0.99, one-time): opens your jar of Golden Buttons collected so far.
- Gem packs: gems to spend on lifelines such as Oops and boosters.
- Golden Thread ($2.99 per month): a membership that adds extra Golden Buttons on every level. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the benefits until the end of the paid period.
Prices may vary by country and are shown in the store before you pay. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, and refunds follow their policies. Virtual items such as buttons and gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device and backed up to our servers when you are online. We do our best to keep it safe, but we cannot guarantee that a backup will always be available, for example if you delete the app before it has synced.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, add or change levels and features, or change these terms. If we make an important change we will update the date above. We may suspend accounts that abuse the game or our servers.
Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
