Delete your data from Zen Stitch

Your Zen Stitch account is an anonymous guest account. Deleting it permanently erases your player ID and everything linked to it from our servers: your progress backup, Golden Buttons and gem balances, items, level statistics, gameplay events and purchase records. This cannot be undone.

Purchases themselves stay with Google Play or Apple; a Golden Thread membership keeps renewing until you cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Zen Stitch and tap Settings (the gear).
2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your data is erased from our servers straight away, and the game on your device starts fresh.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email zenstitch@xlr8technologies.com with your Player ID if you have it (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen). We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
